I had a chang(e) of heart when they introduced the logs. That was when VGREF was a VSPC subsidiary and then Jan lied to me and Seattle about CERTS. Remember when I "interviewed" Jan and he said the CERTS would come, "for sure"? He told Seattle they wouldn't ship without the CERTS, according to Seattle.

Lotta good it did to call IR, huh?

I see the aggressiveness toward sales that you cried Dr K didn't have.

Not true. I said they should produce pellets years ago. When I sent the open letter (that you praised) I asked why they weren't selling the grass as feed and why they weren't producing pellets as they said they would.

My objection to the sales was the way they were going about it. If there is a need......YOU FILL IT! You don't claim a huge need in a particular country and then talk to people about what you can do. If "fuel" was needed, plant it, harvest it, and sell it.

You don't say things like power plants have to shut down because there isn't enough supply. You provide the supply, plain and simple.

People grow corn because the demand is there. Karl has claimed shortage after shortage, and he may be right, but he never attempted to fill the void, now did he? Now VGREF is doing what they said they were going to do years ago.

Of course the real reason you don't and WON'T have long term contracts, as Karl said he wanted, is because the sub license IPA has contains NO TERMS. IPA has no control over what China Gate will do and so any new agreement is totally unenforceable. All the sub license was ever good for was to grow grass. It contained NO TERMS suggesting it was transferable.

Read the agreement between VGREF and VSPC. Then read the agreement between IPA and China Gate. VGREF admits it's worthless in their agreement with VSPC. No one is going to invest million$ in a plant and plantation unless they have guarantees. The sub license IPA holds contains NO TERMS........ie NO GUARANTEES!

Grow the grass and sell it......period. If there is a need, fill it. That is all I have ever said about......

aggressiveness toward sales

You misquoted me. Did you ever get proof of the yield? We know the grass has been tested for energy content over and over and over, but NEVER EVER EVER for yield, don't we?
