There is no "Africa" for SUGO, they did not even mention the subsidiary they fluffed in the last PR. Establishing a subsidiary is a material event and is required to be disclosed in filings. They failed to file an 8K within 4 days of the announcement and then they failed to discuss it in this 10Q. It was a fictitious pump PR paid for by a group of people trying to pump this security and it has failed.
