so todays volume was 24M and change

and was not 100% even at no bid. Either the "Short" percentage should always be 100% at no bid/$.0001 or 0% right, guess not, so why not

the volume in blue is the exact difference (3,999,9996)which is not shown as SHORT, the other regular bold volume is also 999,999 trade, but is counted as short. IS this an MM or brokerage issue???

very confused as many times 999,999 volume is not marked short pertaining to HESG
