Yeah - I am guessing we will soon see an (EFFECT) filing meaning the share registration has been approved. We will then meet the minimum publicly held float requirement for Nasdaq.

I am wondering if there is any mandatory quiet period between the S1 filing and the EFFECT notice...?

One more requirement checked off the list before the S1 registration filing goes for Nasdaq IMO. I am assuming we will be waiting on word of new CFO and likely a replacement board member before that time...

Hopefully not too long the S&D forces as our friend 4k9p likes to call them were out in force today IMO.

New CFO announcement and we start back in the right direction. Great time to bid for some cheap shares before we are back on track IMO.
