It doesn't matter who the "leak" was leaked TO.

All that matters is WHO "LEAKED" IT in the first place...

In other words, who created the image and posted it on the postimage.org web site?

Was it a company official that uploaded that image to postimage.org?

Or a PIPE holder?

And what was the intent of releasing that one page image/ document?

What oral, written or electronic communications exist that discuss that "leak" before the date it showed up online?

Until the legal discovery process catches up, these are open questions.
