That depends dyna. Some stocks are not suppose
to be shorted. But it sounds like there is a way
based on what your saying. Which is, its not ileagal
to short a stock. Well that depends on which stock,
and broker you are dealing with. Most of the brokers
that your refering to end up in jail sooner or later.

Like I said before be carefull. Its not worth going to
jail just to make $.
