NO REVERSE SPLIT
The VOTE is not about doing a Reverse Split, its about giving the BOD the ability to do so at their discretion. While the Reverse Split AUTHORITY is likely to be approved on the 15th, it will only be used in case the stock's pps doesn't meet NASDAQ guidelines by Feb 2013.

This is a last resort and will most likely be MOOT because PPS is continuing to RISE and will be a $1 SOON.
