Mutual sister relationship? What is that? They are separate companies now. Read the filings!
VSPC was the parent company of VGREF until they couldn't make a payment. Karl, the former CEO of VGREF, said they would generate millions from this miracle grass which could be sold as feed as well as an alternative energy source. What happened? Where's all these deals they been hyping for years? Wasn't the interest in the grass huge?
The mutual relationship was about selling shares, not grass. VGREF shares will never sell at this level until he rids himself from Karl once and for all.
I sent Jason Chang an email with some questions. If they want to play the same games Jan does then they are sealing their own fate.
A name chang(e) would be a great place to start as well.
I would guess they may have sold just a few more dollars worth of VGREF shares than they have Green Logs. Some IPO, huh?
