I don't think the election is going to effect this much, other than if Romney wins you might have a few investors immediately jump into NAK and LBSR....

My hunch is LBSR is trying to have all events timed in the same general timeframe, i.e. Funding, BCSP assay, HM Drilling, HM ZTEM, BCSP JV, etc...

I do not think they have to wait for ZTEM on phase 1 HM drilling, rather run in concurrently, ZTEM would be necessary for phase 2 HM, which they have indicated they want to follow phase 1 in short order..

I think what is preventing buying is the uncertainty of utilizing more of FH credit line. Take the threat of market dilution off the table for the short run, and you will see some buying jump in here.
