Did you check the FINRA numbers today? 
Oh! Look another 100% SHORT PER FINRA.
20121019|MEXP|1315000|0|1315000|O 100% Short Volume again..
Not good people.. This is only two random days I looked.. I am thinking this may need further DD.. SEC, FBI etc., if we find it dates back years over 50% agregate +, this needs to be documented and held tight. I have data that will be very compelling if this one proves out like I think it might. Owners of this one should do the DD..

Just back date the file for a couple years in link above one day at a time.. It takes time, but boy a plethora of data comes form it..
