According to Dreads company history the current float is 14 million shares. Out of that 14 million he states that the actual float is much less (3 million shares). So what your telling me is that:

17% of the outstanding shares are shorted.
36% of the float is currently shorted.
167% of the actual float is currently shorted.

All this while the stock has declined since the shareholder meeting from ~$5.50 to ~$1.50-$1.75.
