That certainly puts a different spin on things. I known his firm does patent litigation from looking at the web site. So what we have is a pretty solid confirmation that Calypso might prevail. Nothing is ever set in stone, but if his firm is backing it, that would be a very positive confirmation. They know that Calypso has no money.
