KEY WORD HERE IS EXPECTED TO TAKE PLACE IN THE LAST QUARTER. WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING A START UP COMPANY NOT EVERYTHING GOES ACCORDING TO PLAN. THINGS TAKE TIME TO DEVELOP.
From the 8/6/2012 PR concerning macularhealth.com: "The LOI calls for the required completion of final terms within the licensing agreement to be in place and executed within 30 days. Product formulation work has already begun."
THE PRODUCT FORMULATION OBVIOUSLY BEGAN BECAUSE SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE TRIED THE DROPS. SO WHERE IS THE LIE?
From 9/13/2012 PR concerning macularhealth.com: "Both Companies anticipate that the final formula will be test-ready by September 21st, 2012, and enter into Macular Health's efficacy validation research and commercialization efforts over the next six months."
OK, THE PR SAYS BOTH COMPANIES ANTICIPATE THAT IT WILL BE TEST READY BY SEPTEMBER. SOMETIMES, THINGS DON'T ALWAYS WORK THE WAY WE PLANNED. LET'S REMEMBER ONE THING, THIS COMPANY HAS VERY FEW EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WEARING MANY HATS. THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH TWO OR THREE PEOPLE CAN ACCOMPLISH.
WE keep calling Tuffin a liar, well, let me ask something. Why did we buy the stock when it had no product? Who got all these athletes to sign on to represent this company? Who delivered Enerjel? Does the product work today, and the answer is a resounding YES. Does the DROPS exist, again the answer is a resounding YES. LET'S Stop bashing the management and be patient like an intelligent investor in a very small company.
This company not only has very few employees, they are financially strapped. Options are limited, yet they are slowly making things happen. Not everything is going to happen exactly when they say it's going to happen. Just like life, things come up and we get derailed. Bottom line is this: SO FAR THEY HAVE DELIVERED ON Products they promised us year and half ago.
Anyone intelligent and savvy as an investor realizes that there are hickups along the way when you are dealing with a micro size company. Be patient and stop crying wolf and you will be rewarded. If you can't well take your loss and move onto another stock. It's that simple.
I am VERY EXCITED for things to come after snooping around for the last two months. I have found reasons to be VERY excited. In time anyone who is patient will find out why. In the mean time all you amazing bashers keep bashing the company, better come up with real reasons to bash the company, instead of make belief non sense.
