Former unelected management caused the whole thing. They were over their head in their ability to understand basic human nature, among other things. They did not read or if they did read, didn't have the ability to understand the COI and Bylaws. I don't put this on the attorneys.

You need to look at the positives.
Calypso has gotten rid of an accruing liability, former unelected management. 
Calypso still owns the 923.
The Tmob case is progressing. 
There is no infighting for control. 
We have the potential to end up with CASH.
The daic parties have been neutralized and are now supporting Calypso's efforts. 
We have someone overseeing the 923 that doesn't have a horse in the race and who is being held accountable by a legitimate legal authority.
