imo the timing of the r/s, estimated by mason, is probably designed to coincide with lots of news, not the other way around.

this isn't to say we won't have a PR for two weeks, but if my theory is correct, by the 2 week mark the news may be ramping up, and getting REALLY GOOD. we shall see!
