No I don't think any issues are near being resolved or even contemplated, as far as where do we go from hear. The only issues that are being addressed are related to the Tmob case and what needs to be done now. Not that some of the issues may been thought about, but I doubt that much effort has gone into that process. As I tried to point out earlier, there is little need at the present to do anything or expend much money thinking about any issue other than the Tmob case. If Calypso does not win the Tmob case all of those efforts would have been for nothing. I don't think the receiver would be acting in the best interest of the shareholders by thinking too far ahead and billing calypso for hours of time doing things that aren't necessary right now. For instance, has the receiver made any determination as to whether CT gets any backpay. I imagine he would have some thought on the subject due to his life experience, but I doubt he has really sat down and made a final review. The receiver has exercised his power with the Tmob case by granting the daic parties 1/10 of 1% and he can also exercise his power to take away whatever. If and when any cash does come to calypso, the money will be controlled by the receiver and he will dispense any amounts he determines need to be given to the legitimate creditors. We really have no idea who those creditors might be. What the receiver needs to focus on getting right is winning the Tmob case, which he appears to be doing.

I don't think the daic parties are a "natural bidder" if Calypso wins the Tmob case or a large settlement is obtained. Those days of them getting the patent for nothing are over. In fact, the judge clearly said the receiver can exclude whoever he wants from bidding. I also think there has to be enough incentive for the daic parties to continue with the fight and there apparently must be. So I'd say very little has been done to address things that might need to be done after the tmob case is finished. All of the talk of resurrecting calypso is wasted because I don't believe it will or ever could happen.I can see other possibilities down the line, but that will have to be something to consider, when we are closer to seeing the Tmob case being finished. Until then we are mushrooms. I would like to see a staus report from the Receiver soon though.
