Lets say that they win and the contract that they signed is void. What does that say about their competence?
Once the court renders a decision, then we may find out more information about the circumstances that actually lead up to this becoming a legal matter. Until then, I don't think it is a matter of competency, per se. I still looks to me like a situation where, at best, the document was not filed as agreed to. We can spectulate all we want until the judge rules. The facts, as least as Torvec has presented them to the court, stand on their own.
