Hi Chip,

I have a few questions regarding the Circuit City Deal.

1- Will Gameznflix have ample inventory in order to handle a large influx of new subscriptions.

2- Will your servers be able to handle the increased traffic.

3- If you are in talks with a private company for merger purposes will you avoid the golden gate monies in order to avoid the mass dilution that would occur. Having the money on standby may help other deals to develop.

4- Have you been selling options the last few days in order to raise additional monies for the November 1st CC deal and has ARCA been handling the sales?

Chip, we all know that this has to be done correctly and we cant repeat what happened with the adsouth promotional failure.

My clients and I have a large position in Gameznflix and we are looking for all of the above to be carried out flawlessly.

We believe that Gameznflix has an opportunity to developed into a very viably competitor to both Netflix and blockbuster.
