Anyone know if the SEC has made any decisions with Mr. Rooney. Apparently, a DTC Chill is only issued when the SEC has a concern with that specific company (according to Ameritrade). There was supposed to be a resolution to the charges soon. The timing seems coincidental. Either way, tomorrow could be a rough day.
