Company is not in a position of DILUTION:

if you research the financials, you will realize 90% shares owned by INSIDERS, it is a SHELL STATUS company and can not be diluted till they became FULLY REPORTING company after submiting 2 years financials. Meaning all shares held by insiders are locked till they file 2 yrs filings!!!!!

They also are heating up with several PR's over the last couple months outlining a SERIOUS REVENUE producing plan!!!

I am hearing a couple VERY BIG investment groups are coming into this over the next few days, with the intention of running it to a NICKEL!! yes a NICKEL!!! If they get just half way to their target this would be a 10 bagger from this price!!!
