These folksy-sounding letters to shareholders from the CEO are a staple item for scam companies, as has been previously noted on this board (e.g. #msg-64658695). Among the companies that have engaged in this practice are HEB, CVM, RPRX, and BOCX, so ILNS is in good company, LOL.
