Not because of what the original poster said about half the population being under 15 in developing countries and soon to be looking for jobs. Mish, I think we are nearly on the same page. I see depression ahead. My comments should be takien into the context of the post I was replying too. DEmographics show that in the years ahead we will more than likely have a shortage of workers. Not because business is so great but because how our age groups break down. I see the worst of all worlds ahead as business that produces more business is down and we become more of a society of net consumers versus net producers. You are right. The decrease in workers will indeed bring on bigger problems. And yes, I also think we see a big debt/credit implosion. We have the perfect finacial storm about to hit. Color me "doom and gloom". That said, I hope to trade what is given to us profitably.
