My suggestions:

This heading that you put really should not indicate 2012 because there were none in that section:
PR'S FROM 2011 AND 2012 or Info Links

The part that starts with a discussion about a law suit that was started should include the discussion right there that it was settled all together in the same paragraph or two, IMO.

You see the way the 2012 NEWS section shows the headline? That is the way I would like to see all of the links in iBox. It would make it easier for the reader to see if something looks worth reading if the headline is spelled out.
