2. SLMU management issued press releases announcing a share exchange agreement with DSTI - Deal did not happen.
3. SLMU management, specifically MM, made SLMU BUY his private company for $22 million. $22 million??? --- That private company has not generated any revenues whatsoever. --- Did SLMU get a fair valuation opinion for the private company to justify the $22 million --- Why did SLMU management and Board allow this. The end result means SLMU shareholders through the issuance of shares resulting in dilution will be left holding that debt.
4. SLMU now owes MM well over $15 million for that entire deal.
5. SLMU borrowed $5.5 million from 2 funds and they defaulted on that loan. The 2 funds had to take SLMU to court and get a judgement. SLMU was wrong and now is in financial disaster for the deals they did.
You can't blame investors and people that post on this message board for the above.
Not one thing SLMU has announced has been truthful.
