Investtoski, what is obvious the significant accumulation at this level. You may be dumping into the bid but it is an undeniable fact that a major buyer is soaking up the shares at the bid. It seems to me that with all the MAJOR accumulation going on that Treaty is in for an upward surge. As mentioned by other longs on this board, you think the way you choose to think and I along with a multitude of other longs think the way we think. Go TECO! Morts
