Results of proprietary products - MBS2 - can very well be kept secret until deemed necessary to reveal too.
Not to mention how long MBS1 was invented before Jim took some rights to it, and much time later before he even tested it.
I wonder why Jim didn't TEST a product BEFORE getting rights to it in the first place.
Or at least test it way sooner AFTER he got rights, rather than years later.

So, I can't agree with this either:

It's not for me to prove that it doesn't work. It's for them to prove that it does.
