i studied the kennedy amendments to the unemployment rates in a paper I wrote in college. Its done all the time by all administrations. Bush is no different and no worse. the economy in fact is spotty but not bad all over. there are too many business meetings that are being attended to say that everything sucks. I just do not have the numbers for all industries.
