Sam...I think you would be wise to add a little precious metals to your portfolio......I agree on the upside look to the XAU..the Rydex PM fund follows the XAU, so I am quite familiar with it, from using it as a proxy.

Silver is poised for a breakout as well as gold..imo.

I don't hold many stocks....I do have a little silver stock, and when the South African gold stock DROOY went in the clapper, I bought some at bargain basement prices...cents on the dollars type of buy. Most of my PM holdings are in the Rydex fund, however.
