basically to sum up what you just wrote (too verbose), " we don't know anything". we do know that the ceo (insiders) bought just a hair under 10% of the o/s.
and since we don't know any of the details, it is NOT reasonable to assume the worst.
what we do know is insiders bought 10% of the o/s. and i have never heard that to be a bad thing.
