ROTFLOL!!!!, All financing is needs based!!!!!!, Why would a business finance something they didnt need, LOL, Seriously!!!!, and the "option" you are referring to is called a "line of credit", of course, none of this is really relevant to the original fact that ALL of the funding/cash is equity based, thus dilutive to the existing shareholders.
