The way I read it is that both Nova and IBCL will be doing some manufacturing. IBCL would be making much of the same stuff they are now, AM500 etc. Nova will hopefully be making sales in those areas by buying it from IBCL.

Nova, on the other hand, will be working on things like pharmaceuticals based on some of these patented products and manufacturing them. This is what IBCI would get 5% of GROSS SALES on. This goes back to something I mentioned a while back. On January 29, the first (now infamous) PR on the "urgent meeting" included a second bit of information that I think people overlooked. It stated: "In addition the company also announced discovery of a new proprietary use for the technology discovered during testing at a major University lab. The facility was engaged by IBCI's distributor, Nova BioGenetics, In. in order to fulfill a request by a pharmaceutical firm to run tests on the product for a specific disease."

That's all that it said, and I'm really interested to find out what that disease might be. They probably can't say anything because it has to be tested further before making any additional statement.

Whatever I say is my opinion -- and I don't know anything, so don't listen to me.
