Yes, it is different from Coke running an ad campaign, because Coke's ads are to get you to buy their product, not their stock. Stock promoters ads are to get you to buy the stock, so they can sell it to you and leave you holding the bag.

Another thing...did you ever stop for a moment and ask the question as to how a company with a ton of debt and no cash in the bank can afford to open a plant in Nicaragua?
