Thomson has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board. Accuray's Board has appointed Joshua H. Levine as his successor as President and CEO and Director of the Board, effective immediately. Thomson is anticipated to continue in a consulting role with the Company. Levine recently was CEO of Immucor Corporation until October 2011 when it was acquired by TPG Capital.
