Visual blind dude, i think you are confused. TAGG made a PR stating that they or any one in the company are not involved with any promotion and have not paid any promoter whatsoever. You are saying that you know for a fact that they are lying!? Please be advised that it is against the law to "misrepresent" the company. Why would the CEO make a stupid move like that. If the company knew something about the promotion, they would have kept quiet about it. For any of you guys to assume that TAGG was involved with APS in any way, you have to have some solid evidence to prove this. If not, then you can possibly be sued for defamation by TAGG.
TAGG made a PR with regard to the halt issue in Canada and i believe them unless proven otherwise. If you do not have enough evidence to prove otherwise, then i suggest that you avoid making statements about the issue.
