All extremely valid points that even someone with my grade school education can follow.

Interestingly, I can't find any references to CACI providing any sort of nonlethal weapons, or any weapons for that matter, amongst all of their numerous press releases discussing their vast DOD experience. Most seem related to IT and services support. In fact, I can't really find much of a history of them selling boxes/widgets.

That tells me they may not be THE authority on nonlethal weapons. Digging a little more I learned that the premier provider of military and tactical gear to the DOD is a company called ADS, Inc. I don't believe they build much (or maybe even anything for that matter), but what they do is sell gear to the us military and state and local law enforcement. Most of what they sell is highly restricted and limited to federal purchases only through government contracts, GSA schedules and government purchase cards.

Seems like they are a company that understands tactical gear, personal protection items, and yes even nonlethal weapons. Looking around their website I actually see several different variants of green laser dazzlers (including BE Myers amongst others). What I couldn't find, however, was any reference to the Laser Energetics product(s).

One of those products clearly advertised for sale by ADS is the unit from BEM that the army has already purchased in significant numbers. I believe 14,000? It appears that if the army wants more they can easily call or order additional units online using a credit card or an existing contract. I couldn't find that same capability on the CACi website. None of the LEI products are on their GSA schedules and it doesn't appear CACi takes credit cards. Not exactly sure how anyone is supposed to reach out and buy a laser from LEI through CACi.

Just some of my thoughts. I'm going to go back to my coloring books, plus I have to finish my book report tonight because we have an assembly in the morning after home room!
