No, it isn't. The SEC really puts the screws to Form 15 filers who try to re-register. The SEC knows as well as anybody the real reason why a Company files a Form 15 and goes dark. They really want to know what went on during that dark period, as it is almost always a lot of questionable transactions.

Plus there is no way their bogus claims of reopening a long-closed and tapped out Arizona gold mine in "90 days" is going to pass SEC scrutiny!
