LOL, wilyfox13, I think you are confused, no where in that PR does it even mention financing RFMK through Dept Instruments, in fact, Ironridges specialty is in EQUITY FINANCING, as clearly outlined in the RFMK PR you refer to, clearly, Allinder was correct that RFMKs funding is through Discounted Private Placement Eqiuity Finance, AKA, dilution.
