So, the current tech(PAC) doesn't really do anything,
so, it stills need to be dealt with???

Also to note that all those PCT, PAC technologies don't actually make the Merc inert like MBS does.
So the piles of charcoal sludge will have to go somewhere.
Land fill I guess at an extra cost for toxic removal.
Oh but wait- MBS can neutralize those piles of contaminated charcoal too.
Just more work coming to GTGP.
