At one time I tracked about 25 properties he purchased with our money and partially financed by banks. Most, if not all, have gone to foreclosure and the banks got them back. Our money was in the equity that was lost in the foreclosures of those properties.

Unlike the Banks, shareholders have no such rights to take the money back when the money is stolen from them. I would bet Barnett still has a lot of our money stashed away somewhere, but having friends like Torrino has taught him how to hide the money very effectively.
