Trust me, I've gone up against a "big business" before. They swore they would not settle and used the tactic of scaring me with a summary judgement threat, as well as waiting me out. So, wait them out I did. In the end, they settled fairly a day before court. Believe me, not even Google wants to go to court. Their confidence was shook when the judge threw out their summary judgement and granted VRNG its day in court. I've been there.
