You are suddenly switching the argument from making money in the phone business to making money in the phone processor segment. Plenty of people are making money in the "phone business", but you are continuing to look selectively at the business in your arguments. Your unwritten statement is that Intel is doomed,soon to be buried by the iPhone/iPad/Samsung. You should short Intel right away, and buy options on ARM if you have conviction.
