Hello xxxxxx, Thx for your inquiry. We've seen trading from time to time over the duration of this chill, but it was very sporadic.
Recently it has been more consistent. When we checked, we learned brokers can trade amongst themselves in spite of the chill.

We expect a more concentrated effort for dealing with the chill in coming week/months.
