Wrong. The letter was a filing to the OTC regulators. By definition it then becomes public. This is more than a mere regulatory roadblock. 10 business days and counting since this letter was filed.
The SEC believes KMAG has violated securities laws and regulation. The "power" of the law firm does not change that fact.
You might want to consider why the need for such horse power. After all the claim on this forum is the SEC was frivolous. Just about any securities law firm would do if it was that simple.
