tarvik---IMHO you are missing the point---It is to the creditors advantage that NOVA is in the picture---Since they are paying a royalty to IBCL and "GIVING" 500K additioal shares to IBCL plus 500K plus buying product from IBCL ---There chances of collection increase 10 fold===IMHO it is a WIN WIN WIN ALL THE WAY AROUND -GEE almost 11PM =Time to go snd watch the News ---Good Night
