Conservative, I have to agree with Ikay I think Nova is the key to keeping IBCL Alive and since the patents are jointly being used. That helps, also a cash infusion by Nova to IBCL will help. I also agree that following the money is important. I did however notice no mention on the q about the reverse Merger of Hnws and I am guessing because Nova is Privately held! Hence No Disclosure required. The lawsuits were there also from the last q. So no surprises. Nomo told it would not be a good Q So no surprises there either. I would also guess that the revenue was not going to IBCL but to Nova Hence lower revenue! The q is out so I am also guessing we will be trading OTCBB real soon. Ibcl will get 5% of the sales from Nova. Looks like all the good stuff is moving towards Nova with out the headaches. Only keeping IBCL on life support till it digs it way out of trouble! While protecting the patents on the Nova side! So I will maintain if the RM goes thru how much is Nova worth what Kind of revenue can they bring in? What kind of Contracts do they have? What kind funding did they recieve? Who will eventually own Nova that would be HNWS! IBCL will own a part of Nova also so in reality if Nova balance sheet are good with strong revenue that will also increase IBCL net worth also. IBCL is not selling off Nova! Ibcl is taking NOVA public.
