But a trade off for debt. Much cheaper that the last management offering .02 And no debt.

Also if the by warrants at .075, that another $750,000 BONZ would get for each 10ml in warrants. So it depends on where you think it's good or bad. Yes diluted but the company has more money making it worth more.
