How is blackstone sterling? blackstone, with all the circus of the RKF configurations, admits their valuation is based mainly on Discounted Cash Flow. They sluff off responsibility of the veracity of the lease payment. Then they sluff off their own responsibility with the disclaimer that their valuation may be wrong. It is almost comical:

"FOR DEBTORS IT ALL BEGINS WITH THE SPECTRUM LEASE 2M PAYMENT involving insider falcone. Who says that is a proper current market lease amount? NO ONE, and that is the fountain head for all that is the debtor's shananagins."
