I'd only disagree with that... by again noting the reasons ARE known to us... at least in the obvious, that the first business day after Sept 30... is tomorrow. And, as has been previously noted, it's not likely that events occurring... are going to be updated in real time, rather than after the fact when the dust has settled, and the ink has dried...
People claiming "the company failed" or "missed targets"... have and CAN have no idea what has happened, is happening, or will be happening, in China... and, that's a FACT...
I don't know how long it will take to follow through on and report a successful conclusion... even if it DID "get done" on the Chinese side, by the Sept 30 target date...
I don't think that's knowable...
But, we'll find out... when we do... after the fact. And that is how things always work in the real world...
