You're right. He hasn't been able to prove that he can grow a company from $0 market cap to over $10 million. Or grow revenues or assets, per the audited financials. The company is issuing shares to finance growth. Once management feels they can finance growth organically, they'll focus their attention on restructuring the stock either thru buy backs or R/S. The company had an operating loss of $453,139 for Q2-2012. Of this, legal fees due to their law suit against former employees accounted for $472,000. Subtract out the legal fees and the company generates a operating profit for the quarter.
