Yes I agree with you, this stock is toast and the reverse split is coming any day now. They just need to finish dumping the last of the shares as they have been doing already today before they announce this. I also agree with you that the SEC should just step in now and go ahead and halt the stock before anyone else can get burned from this stock selling scam.
